The Occitanie regional economic development agency (AD’OCC) will be supporting our R&D over the next two years through a Innovation Contract. The goal is to develop Akt’n’Map, which provides situational intelligence to inform players in the field, to a universal platform targeting different types of business, risk and crisis. Code name KASSANDRE :

• Implementation of action plans to deal with different situations (emergency response plan, business continuity plan, etc.).
• Enhancing our catalog geographical and environmental data grâce à l’Open Data et l’Open Hardware
• Predictive Analysisto better anticipate the effects of environmental conditions using Artificial Intelligence
• Centimeter-precision geolocationby contributing to the open network Centipede RTK with the support of INRAE
• Simplified mobile work with support for offline mode

Kalisio enters into a strategic partnership with PlanetObserver in the field of mapping platforms. This alliance was born from the complementarity of our respective expertise (geospatial data and platforms). It will allow us to offer richer mapping content and new solutions for accessing global 2D and 3D mapping data.

The target audiences for these new service offers are:

• public clients (such as government departments and agencies);
• private companies for all their GIS (Geographic Information System) or geographic data visualization and analysis needs.

The new cartographic offer will be in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode. Its launch, which is expected in spring 2021, is one of our flagship projects.

After playing around with a Mavic Pro drone for a while, we decided to become drone operators.

Above all, it is an approach that allows us to fly our aircraft legally in order to make our own acquisitions. But more generally, this approach is part of the aim of better understanding the data processing chains and being able to integrate the final products into our tools.

Our wishes are to be able to collaborate with other operators and to provide technological building blocks to enhance their work!
