📣 Over the past few months, we've been migrating our ecosystem to the latest versions of the main Open Source projects that are at the heart of our solutions. Today we use NodeJS (v16), FeathersJS (v5), Vue.js (v3) and Quasar (v2). This is a considerable improvement in terms of security, reliability, efficiency and maintainability. Indeed, sustainability is the main challenge facing Open Source projects.

👏🏼 Our Weacast, Krawler, KDK, Kano and Akt'n'Map solutions have been in production for years. Now they'll be ready for the years to come. This would not have been possible without the support of Feathers Cloud Inc. and its founder David Luecke, who has made the biggest external contribution to our ecosystem to date. And the icing on the cake: Weacast is now a Lerna-based monorepo, to make it easier to manage.

At the same time, we've released a new version of our powerful Kano geospatial viewer. We talk about it here.

Our ambition is always to keep our hosting solutions and infrastructures up to date. We always do this for our customers, in a preventive and adaptive way.

As previously announced, we were present at the national exercise in Saclay. A new situation to test the revised version of the CRITER tool.

The objectives were achieved, and the tool was able to demonstrate its expected capabilities. In particular, we were able to validate the functionalities designed to ensure interoperability with the EMMA application (for reporting sample analysis results) and the WebInfoRad application (for making measurements available to the general public).

And I'd like to thank IRSN once again for making this virtuous choice, by selecting our proposal based on open-source solutions, and in particular those from Kalisio. The creation of CRITER NG has enabled us to enrich our technological bricks, and it's only natural that the community will be able to benefit from the improvements made to our components. ⏭️ Next step: training the crisis pool!

🚀 We recently had the opportunity to take part in the nuclear safety exercise at the Golfech power plant.

 During this exciting exercise, IRSN invited Kalisio to test the new version of the CRITER tool. This is the national tool for managing environmental measures in the event of a radiological emergency.

 One year on, we're proud of the product we've produced, and of the visible satisfaction of our customer, IRSN. Indeed, the positive feedback from the experts on site confirmed the effectiveness and reliability of our tool. 💪

We developed the new version of CRITER on the basis of open source solutions, including our KDK and ETL Krawler, as well as various COTS such as MongoDB, Keycloak and Nextcloud. These technical choices enabled us to deliver a functional product on schedule.

 Taking part in this exercise was a valuable opportunity to test our solutions in real-life conditions. This enabled us to continue refining their functionalities to better serve risk management.
