Shhh… l’histoire de ce membre est en train de s’écrire … bientôt une nouvelle saga !

After several years of research in digital imaging, I'm now using my skills to develop innovative products in the field of geomatics. It was in 2003 that I discovered this new world and met Christophe.

My common thread is the graphic representation of structures and models. From Virtual Reality applications, immersing the user in a three-dimensional environment, to Geographic Information Systems, enabling the analysis of events on Earth.

As a player in open source software, I see myself as a digital craftsman, with a taste for work well done and a culture of excellence. I value collaboration, the sharing of practices, the perpetuation of know-how, pragmatism and continuous improvement.

My non-digital interests are my family, guitar and singing, as well as outdoor activities such as free climbing.

As a child, I spent hours creating imaginary worlds with my Lego bricks. Later, my activities led me to discover maps, and I dreamed of adventures while browsing through atlases. So it was only natural that I should turn to software development in the fields of geomatics and 3D.

Après plus de 20 ans d’activité professionnelle dans des contextes très variés (recherche, industrie du jeu vidéo, société de services, grands groupes), j’ai décidé de me lancer dans l’aventure Kalisio pour vivre selon mes valeurs. Lorsque je ne suis pas devant mon écran, je vagabonde avec ma famille pour découvrir notre monde.

After studying computer science with a focus on robotics, I realized that image generation in its various forms appealed to me much more. I followed this thread through the fields of geospatial, video games, virtual reality, cartography and data visualization. It took me all the way to Kalisio, where I met up again with Luc and Christophe, with whom I'd had the pleasure of working a few years earlier. The spirit of the project appealed to me and I embarked on the adventure with them.

I like to touch everything when it comes to technology. Being in a company on a human scale suits me better. I spend my free time with my children and my proximity to the Pyrenees.

Après avoir découvert Kalisio pendant mon BUT Informatique, j’ai décidé de continuer l’aventure pour un Acte II, cette fois en école d’ingénieur.

Mon intérêt pour l’informatique vient de ma passion pour la logique et la résolution de problèmes, ce qui m’a poussé vers le développement. J’aime concevoir des systèmes efficaces et automatiser des processus pour gagner en productivité. Le DevOps m’intéresse aussi beaucoup, car il relie le développement et les opérations pour garantir la stabilité des projets à long terme.

Je cherche à automatiser les tâches répétitives, histoire de gagner du temps quand ça marche… Ou remettre en question ma vie quand ça plante.

Ajoutons à ça mon Némésis : les parenthèses fermantes introuvables, ce petit détail qui, quand tu le retrouves, te fait te dire : « Ah ouais, on part sur un 3e café… » De toute façon, comme le disent les sages : « C’est pas grave, ça compile jamais du premier coup. »

Et voilà, je continue mon aventure, en espérant qu’un jour, mes blagues marcheront aussi bien que mes automatisations.

I'm currently doing a work-study program at the Gaming Campus school in Lyon, where I'm preparing a master's degree in video game development, and I particularly enjoy working with 3D environments. They give life to limitless universes, whether inspired by reality or purely imaginary, and allow viewers to project themselves easily.

When I discovered Kalisio's project, the possibilities it offers as a developer, and the passion of the team behind it, I was immediately convinced. Over the two years of my work-study program, I'll have the opportunity to work on adding functionalities to the display of 3D maps. Although I'm new to cartography, this world resonates with several of my interests, notably FPV drone piloting and paragliding.

In addition to these two passions, I love climbing and am also a big fan of video games, with a particular attraction for simulation games.

I discovered the world of the web at the age of 11. The ability to create and share content with the whole world immediately amazed me. Since then, I've naturally gravitated towards development. I've always been curious about the technologies that revolve around the web.

After devoting 5 years to real estate and 10 years to SEO, I was pleasantly surprised to discover Kalisio. Meeting Luc, his presentation of the company and the new field of activity he was proposing immediately appealed to me. The fact that I'm a native of the Aude and that Kalisio is a good match too ;). Today, I'm putting my experience to good use to strengthen the team and drive forward the new projects.

Apart from development, I'm passionate about motorcycling. I put a lot of energy into DIY and anything else I can do with myself around the house.
